# Praxis Studios

Praxis Studios is the professional services arm of Praxis AI. Studios bridges the gap between the Pria platform and the real‑world outcomes you want from your Digital Twins — through consulting, custom builds, deployment support, and team training.

The Pria platform is designed to let any administrator stand up a capable Digital Twin without help. Studios is for the moments where you want a partner: a high‑stakes rollout, a deeply customized persona, a complex integration with your existing systems, or a team that wants to learn the craft of building agentic experiences alongside experts.

## What's Included in a Typical Build

A Studios engagement is end‑to‑end. A representative build covers:

* **Discovery** — stakeholder interviews, use case selection, success criteria, and a Twin design brief.
* **Persona design** — voice, role, refusal behaviour, escalation paths, and the system instructions that bring the Twin to life.
* **Content & knowledge strategy** — choosing what to ingest, how to structure collections, what to confidential‑flag, and whether to enable Knowledge Graph (KAG) augmentation.
* **Tooling & integrations** — selecting connectors, configuring MCP servers, wiring LMS or workspace integrations, and authoring custom tools where needed.
* **Quality tuning** — review datasets, refusal tests, hallucination checks, and iterating on prompts and retrieval to hit your accuracy bar.
* **Change management** — admin enablement, end‑user onboarding flows, comms, and training material.
* **Training & handover** — workshops so your team can own the Twin after go‑live, plus a written operations playbook.

## How to Engage

Studios engagements start with a conversation about your goals, timeline, and constraints.
