This AI-powered system is designed to support your educational experience while maintaining the highest standards of student privacy protection.

### Your Privacy Rights & Protections

#### **What Data We Handle**

* Student education records (as defined by FERPA)
* Personal information that identifies you as a student
* Usage data from your interactions with the platform
* Educational work samples uploaded by your teachers

#### **How Your Data is Protected**

* **AES-256 encryption** for stored data
* **TLS 1.3 encryption** for data transmission
* **Zero-trust security model** with role-based access controls
* **24-hour breach notification** requirement
* **Background checks** for all personnel with data access

* Upon request or contract termination, **all data is deleted within 30 days**
* **Backup systems are purged within 90 days**
* **Written certification** of data destruction is provided using NIST-approved methods

* Your school maintains **complete control** over your educational data

* All data remains the **exclusive property** of your school and your family
