# Admin Tools on Mobile

> Digital Twin admins can rename their twin, change its conversation model, manage its credits and add, edit or remove users from the Praxis AI mobile app.

## Introduction

If you administer a Digital Twin, the app lets you handle the most common tasks from your phone. Open **Settings** (tap **☰**, then the **gear**): under a section named after the current Digital Twin you'll find **Admin Dashboard** and **User Management**.

What you see depends on your admin role on the current twin:

| Item | Needs the permission |
| - | - |
| **Admin Dashboard** | `institutions.edit` (edit the Digital Twin's settings) |
| **User Management** | `users.list`; adding, editing and deleting users also need `users.add`, `users.edit` and `users.delete` |

Everything else, from branding to tools and assistants, is managed in the [web app](https://docs.praxis-ai.com/mdx/admin-guide/introduction.md).

## Admin Dashboard

Change a setting, then tap **Save** at the top right. The app confirms that the settings were updated.

| Section | Setting | What it does |
| - | - | - |
| **General** | **Digital Twin Name** | The name people see when chatting (default: Pria) |
| | **Contact Email** | The twin's contact address |
| **AI Models** | **Conversation AI Model** | The model used for standard conversations. Tap it to choose from the available models, or **Default** for the standard model. |
| **Credits** | **Available Credits** | The twin's balance (read-only) |
| | **Purchase Instance Credits** | Buy credits for this Digital Twin. Shown when the twin allows credit purchases. See [Add credits](https://docs.praxis-ai.com/mdx/user-guide/mobile/settings.md#add-credits). |
| | **Pool Credits** | Share the twin's credits with all its users |
| **Info** | **Parent Account**, **Public ID**, **Status** | Details of the twin (read-only) |

## User Management

**User Management** lists the Digital Twin's users, with the total in the title. Each row shows the person's name, email, role and a status dot. Use **Search users...** to find someone, and pull down to refresh.

| To… | Do this |
| - | - |
| **Add** a user | Tap **⊕** at the top. Enter **Email** (required), **First Name** and **Last Name**, choose the **Role** (**User** or **Admin**) and tap **Add User**. |
| **Edit** a user | Tap their row. Change their name, **Role** or **Status** (**Active** or **Inactive**) and tap **Save Changes**. |
| **Delete** a user | Tap the **trash** icon on their row and confirm |

If your role doesn't include an action, the app says so, for example **Your admin role does not include user add access for this Digital Twin.**
