Note: Praxis AI will work directly with your school to fulfill these requests within 45 days.

📋 Data Retention & Deletion

  • Your data is kept only as long as necessary for educational services
  • Upon request or contract termination, all data is deleted within 30 days
  • Backup systems are purged within 90 days
  • Written certification of data destruction is provided using NIST-approved methods

  • Your school maintains complete control over your educational data
  • Praxis AI acts as a “school official” under FERPA guidelines
  • All data remains the exclusive property of your school and your family
  • Praxis AI operates under direct institutional oversight
