Digital Twin Options

Convo: Start a vocal conversation with your digital twin (Convo Mode) Converse: Redirect to the text based conversation UI Leave: Leave the Digital twin. This action will remove it from your gallery. Favorite: Add your Digital twin to the list of Favorites for quick access.

Admin Features

Administrative users have enhanced capabilities for expanding and managing the digital expert ecosystem and are offered several buttons that regroup to most commonly used commands for your digital twins.

Add Credits to your Digital Twin

Use the Gallery to add Credits to your Personal instance of your Digital Twin. For more infrmation, consult the Plans and Credits page.

Invite users to your Digital Twin

Inviting a user to join your digital twin is easy! Click on the Invite button to generate a ‘joining link’, then distribute it to your users. The rest follows a simple approval process where you approve each user’s request to join, leaving you in control of who gets in.
Create and share the joining link with any user.
User clicks the link to register to your Digital Twin (This email’s you a request to Join)
Check your email inbox for user’s joining request, then approve it
Upon approved, the user’s membership is changed to Active and user can start interacting with your Digital Twin

Click on the Invite Link button to copy the joining link to the Clipboard.

Send the link to your users.
Share this secure invitation link via email, website, or social media—you maintain full control over membership access.

Users click the link and request to join the digital twin

Users must have an active platform profile and complete authentication before accessing the Request to JOIN screen for your digital twin.

When the membership is requested, the Digital Twin is added to the user’s gallery in a Pending membership status

Find the user’s Joining Request in your inbox. Click on the Approve Membership button to approve it.

Congratulations, you have approved the user’s request to join, and the user is now a new member of your Digital Twin

If you did not receive the email, check your Spam-Box, and add [email protected] to your safe senders list. If you need to manually change a user membership to Active, you may do so in the Entitlements page by clicking on the Members button.
To manually approve the user’s membership request, go to the Admin -> Entitlements page and change the user’s membership status from Pending to Active

Create a Branded Login Screen

Your Digital Twin is equipped with a personalized branded login page. Click on the Login Link button to copy the link onto the clipboard.
The login Link presents a login page that is customized with your Digital Twin’s personalized properties, such as AI Name, Logo, About information, custom CSS, etc
The login page adapts to all form factors using a responsive UI design
When login through your branded login page, users immediately switch to your digital twin over any other DT they may have in their gallery
The branded login page uses the Animated Picture (GIF) to create a more immersive and interacive experience
