Duplicate a lesson resource in one click: The resource menu in a course gains a Clone action, right under Edit. It creates a full copy named “<resource> copy” — or “copy 2”, “copy 3” if you clone again — placed immediately next to the original, in the same course and track, carrying every setting: type, delivery, URLs, description, instructions, duration, weight, completion rules, images, and the same competency mapping including whether it is shown or hidden. Resources with a quiz keep pointing at that quiz, so you can build a variant around the same assessment; deleting either copy leaves the other and its quiz untouched. Previously the only way to duplicate a resource was to re-create it by hand and re-enter every field.Add Cohort and Browse Cohorts are now front and centre: Both buttons have moved to the top of My Cohorts, sitting on the filter bar just after the Include archived checkbox and restyled as primary buttons. Previously they came after the last cohort tile, so on a busy account you had to scroll past everything you were enrolled in before you could add or find a cohort — and on a phone they could be missed entirely.Cohort artwork and grouped syllabus when browsing: Cohorts in the Browse Cohorts list now show their picture beside the name, loaded as you scroll, and the cohort’s picture also appears on the information card. The card’s syllabus is now grouped under its track headings and scrolls on its own, so a long course list no longer stretches the card off the screen.My Cohorts fits the screen properly on phones: The page now uses the full visible height on mobile, instead of leaving its last stripe of content tucked behind the browser toolbar where it could not be reached by scrolling.Switch product or course from a phone: The customer / product / course trail at the top of the page was hidden on small screens, and it is the only way to open the product and course pickers — so on a phone there was no way to change product at all. It now stays visible at every screen size, showing the parts you can actually tap.Leaving a class now works when you hold more than one profile in it: If you had two profiles for the same product, Leave removed only one of them and still reported success, so the class stayed on your list no matter how many times you tried. Leaving now removes every profile you hold in that class, and if it cannot remove anything it tells you why instead of silently claiming success.Browse and join cohorts from My Cohorts (admins): Administrators and super administrators can now discover and join cohorts without waiting to be added by someone else. A new Browse Cohorts button on My Cohorts opens a search panel listing every cohort you are not yet a member of — administrators see cohorts across all the products they manage, super administrators see the entire platform. Filter by cohort, product, or customer name as you type, or tick Group by customer to organize the list by account. Each row shows the cohort’s status (Active, Upcoming, or Expired), its customer and product, how many people are enrolled, and its dates. Clicking a cohort opens an information card with its description, creator, and syllabus, and an Enroll Me button — one click registers you in the cohort’s product if needed, enrolls you in all of its lessons, and adds you to the cohort. When you return to My Cohorts, your new cohort is right there in the list. Expired cohorts can still be joined, so you can step into a finished class for oversight, grading, or review.Impersonate a learner straight from the user list: Administrators can now start impersonating someone directly from Manage Users — the row menu gains an Impersonate action, so there is no need to go to the profile screen first. It appears only on users you are permitted to impersonate, and asks for confirmation before switching, because signing in as someone else means logging in again to get back to your own account.Find the right person to impersonate without switching roles first: The impersonation screen gains a role selector, so administrators who manage several roles can search any of them without leaving the page, selecting a profile, and coming back. Choosing someone in another role now happens in a single step. Super administrators also get an All roles switch for when you do not know which role a user belongs to; type at least three characters and results from every role are listed, each labelled with the customer and product it belongs to.Clearer profile cards: On the profile chooser, each card now shows Customer / Product so it is obvious which account a profile belongs to, and partner groups are listed alphabetically instead of in an internal order that looked random. Choosing a profile is now done with the Select button only — clicking anywhere on the card no longer switches profile, which removes the ambiguity with the card’s other controls. The delete control moved to the top-right corner as a clearly visible icon, where it no longer overlaps the buttons.AI-curated reading is live again, now powered by Pria: The recommended-articles carousel on courses and mission briefs stopped refreshing in December 2025 when the third-party service behind it was retired, leaving the same stale articles in place. Curation now runs on Pria’s own search, refreshed daily, and every suggested link is checked to be reachable before it is shown — no more dead links in the carousel. Existing articles were kept, so nothing you had disappears; new ones simply appear alongside them. Search terms are now stored in the LXP itself and can be edited per briefing under Manage Briefings, where previously they lived with the outside vendor and could not be reviewed. Where no terms have been set yet, they are suggested automatically from the course’s own skills and topics. To keep things current without wasted effort, only briefings attached to a course someone has opened in the last week are refreshed; a course that goes quiet keeps its existing articles and resumes refreshing as soon as a learner returns.Email delivery restored: Fixed a long-standing issue where system emails — password resets, activation links, enrollment notifications, instructor messages, and reminders — were not being delivered. If you requested a password reset in the past and no email arrived, it will work now.Expired lessons can now be un-expired: If a lesson showed Expired on a course that is not subscription-based, the Extend button silently did nothing — there was no subscription period to extend, and no way to clear the stale date. Extend now removes the expiry on courses that do not expire, so the lesson opens normally again, and the confirmation wording reflects what will actually happen instead of offering to “extend by 0 days”. Existing affected enrollments have been corrected, so anyone who hit this should find it resolved without doing anything.Bulk “Extend subscription” now updates the right enrollments: In Course admin, extending a subscription for several selected learners at once could write the new expiry date against unrelated enrollments while leaving the selected learners unchanged. It now updates exactly the chosen learners on the chosen course, and reports how many were updated and how many were skipped because they are not enrolled.Tidier archive for busy accounts on My Cohorts: If your archived cohorts span more than ten partner/program groups, the Archived section now opens as a compact index — every group heading and count visible, tiles tucked away until you expand a group with its checkbox. Searching still finds everything: while a search of three or more characters is active it looks inside collapsed (and unticked) groups too, revealing any match — the group checkboxes grey out to show search is temporarily in charge, and your expand/collapse choices return untouched when the search is cleared.My Progress page loads dramatically faster: Opening My Progress (competency scores and learning-resource statistics) previously re-computed data for every profile you hold, even though only the selected profile is shown. It now loads just the profile you’re viewing — on multi-profile accounts the page went from about five seconds to well under one.Find any cohort fast on My Cohorts: The My Cohorts page gains a search bar under the welcome message. Type three or more characters to filter your cohorts live by cohort name, partner, or program — no page reload — with checkboxes to include or exclude active and archived cohorts, a running match count, and a clear “no cohorts match” notice when nothing fits. Reordering tiles by drag-and-drop pauses while a filter is narrowing the list, so a hidden tile can never be shuffled out of place unseen.Archived cohorts grouped by partner and program: The Archived section of My Cohorts now groups your past cohorts under partner/program headings with a count per group, so it is obvious at a glance where each archived cohort belongs. Each group has its own checkbox to collapse or expand it, and the search filters inside groups too.Duplicate cohort tiles fixed: If you belonged to the same cohort through more than one enrollment, My Cohorts could show that cohort twice. Each cohort now appears exactly once.Archived cohort hover glitch fixed: In the Light and Space themes, hovering over an archived cohort made its outline vanish into the background. The outline now stays visible while hovering.
