Increasingly, yes. To meet the EU AI Act’s transparency rules, AI providers now embed an imperceptible, machine-readable mark in what their models generate — Anthropic’s text watermark on Claude, SynthID on Gemini text, Content Credentials on generated images. The mark is applied inside the model, adds no characters or tokens, does not change the meaning or quality of a reply, carries no information about you, and costs nothing extra. Sharing your location lets your digital twin give answers that take where you are into account — for example maps and directions, nearby places, local search results, and time-zone-aware scheduling. Location is strictly opt-in: Pria asks before using it, your location is only used to improve your answers, and you can turn it off at any time from your profile’s Personalization settings while keeping full platform functionality.
Credits power every AI interaction on the platform. As an individual, open the Gallery (or My Profile → Billing → Add Credits; in the Studio UI, Settings › Billing & Credits) and pick a credit package — purchases are processed securely through Stripe, and credits never expire. Organizations can buy larger volume packages for a Digital Twin so all members draw from a pooled balance, and manage transfers between an Account and its Digital Twins from the admin console. Yes — an instance is just another name for a Digital Twin. You will see the word on the Instance Settings panel, in the admin Instances list, and in your web address (your-instance.praxislxp.com), but it is the same thing: one assistant with its own knowledge, voice, members and settings. (Our software and API call it an institution.)Your organization’s private, branded home for several Digital Twins — with shared billing and administrators — is called an Account. Both are defined in the glossary.

Your digital twin is designed to be highly accurate, but not magically omniscient.Praxis AI prioritizes information from your approved content first — uploaded documents, organizational knowledge, course materials, policies, and other verified sources in the IP Vault. When needed, it can also use broader knowledge or real-time tools, but the goal is always to ground responses in trustworthy material rather than “winging it.”Accuracy is supported through:
  • Source-based responses grounded in uploaded or approved content
  • Citation and traceability so users can see where answers came from
  • Content prioritization based on your organization’s materials and expertise
  • No-fabrication behavior, meaning the twin should say when it does not know
  • Ongoing improvement as you upload better content and refine instructions
The best way to improve accuracy is simple: keep your digital twin’s knowledge base current, upload high-quality source materials, and ask specific questions. You can have multiple Digital Twins and Assistants, based on your account, role, and entitlements.Everyone starts with a personal Pria. If you registered your account yourself, you can create your own Digital Twin once your personal Pria has answered 5 of your questions — up to 3 per account. In a school or organization, its administrators create Digital Twins.
