A guest twin link is a short public web address that opens one Digital Twin in a clean, full-screen page. Anyone who has the link can talk to the twin immediately — no Pria account, no sign-in, and nothing to install on your own website.
Use it for a conference booth, a QR code on a poster or badge, a link in an email or slide deck, or any moment where asking someone to create an account would lose them.
This is different from the Web SDK, which embeds a twin inside your own site and can carry your users’ identities. A guest link is a standalone page hosted by Pria, and everyone who opens it is anonymous.

Setting it up

1

Open your Digital Twin's settings

In the admin area, edit the Digital Twin and go to the Configuration and Integrations tab, then the Realtime / Convo section.
2

Choose a web address

In Convo Web Access Link, enter a short name — letters, numbers, and hyphens. For example nova produces …/twins/nova.
3

Save, then share the link or the QR code

Once saved, the full link appears with a copy button and a QR code beside it. Copy the link for email and slides, or let people scan the QR from a screen, poster, or badge.
The link is public by design. Anyone who has it — or scans the QR — can talk to the twin and consume credits from whichever pool the twin bills to. There is no separate “publish” switch: setting the address makes the twin reachable. Clear the field to take it offline again.

What visitors experience

Visitors land on a full-screen page carrying your twin’s name, picture, and background, with a light/dark toggle.
  • It opens straight into a live voice conversation when Start Immersive Mode by Default is on for the twin (same section, just above the link). The page shows a single Tap to start talking button — visitors are never asked to choose between voice and text. That one tap is required by the browser itself: no site can open a microphone or play audio without a deliberate gesture.
  • If voice isn’t available — no microphone, a denied permission prompt, or voice not enabled for the twin — the page falls back to the familiar text chat, so it is never a dead end.
  • Visitors are never asked for their location. Location-aware answers are a signed-in feature; guests are never prompted.
  • Conversations are anonymous. Each visitor gets their own session. Nothing is added to a personal vault, and there is no profile, history, or account to manage.

Choosing what guests can do

The guest page shows the twin exactly as configured, so the settings that shape it are the twin’s own:

Good practice

  • Pick a memorable address. …/twins/nova reads better on a badge than a long identifier, and it is what people will type from a slide.
  • Watch the credit pool. A public link means public spend. Keep an eye on usage during an event, and clear the address when the event is over.
  • Test the QR before you print it. Scan it from the admin screen with a phone on a different network to be sure the page loads the way you expect.
  • Retire it deliberately. Clearing the field takes the page offline immediately; anyone who kept the old link gets a not-found page.
