Introduction
If you administer a Digital Twin, the app lets you handle the most common tasks from your phone. Open Settings (tap ☰, then the gear): under a section named after the current Digital Twin you’ll find Admin Dashboard and User Management. What you see depends on your admin role on the current twin:
See Entitlements for what each permission allows. To manage a different Digital Twin, switch to it first in the drawer. Everything else, from branding to tools and assistants, is managed in the web app.
Admin Dashboard
Change a setting, then tap Save at the top right. The app confirms that the settings were updated.User Management
User Management lists the Digital Twin’s users, with the total in the title. Each row shows the person’s name, email, role and a status dot. Use Search users… to find someone, and pull down to refresh.
If your role doesn’t include an action, the app says so, for example Your admin role does not include user add access for this Digital Twin.
