Introduction

Files is the app’s view of your IP Vault: the documents and images your Digital Twin can read. Files that are included are used to answer your questions. To open it, tap + in the message bar, then Files. The Files item shows a badge with how many files are included.

What you see

The header shows Files and how many are included, with Edit, a search icon and Done.

Tabs

Each tab shows how many files it holds. Collections appear as folders: tap one to open it, and the back arrow to leave it.

File cards

Each file has a card with a check mark when it is included, and a status: Tap a card to see its preview, Name, Type and Summary, then Open file to view the whole file. Use the search icon (Search files…) to find a file by name.

Upload a file

Tap the round + button on the Files screen and choose a source:
  • Take Photo: use the camera
  • Photo Library: pick one or more photos
  • Browse Files: pick documents stored on your phone
New files go to your Personal files and are included straight away. iPhone photos (HEIC) are turned into .jpg files on the way, so that Pria can read them.
You can also add a photo or file from the message bar with + → Camera or + → Add Photos & Files. That attaches it to the conversation you’re in. See Add photos, files and assistants.
