Connect your Microsoft 365 account and your Digital Twin can work with your Microsoft services during a conversation — search your OneDrive, read an Outlook message, add a meeting to your calendar — without you leaving the chat. Just ask, for example “What’s on my Outlook calendar tomorrow?” or “Find the budget spreadsheet in my OneDrive.”

Available services

Each service asks Microsoft for its own permissions. Microsoft shows them on its consent screen before you agree. Every connection also asks for your basic sign-in details and offline access, so Pria knows which Microsoft account is connected and can keep the connection working without asking you again. Apart from sending email and managing calendar events, access is read-only. Things you can ask:
  • “Search my OneDrive for the Q4 report and summarize it”
  • “Copy the project proposal from SharePoint into my files”
  • “Show me unread emails from this week about the budget”
  • “Schedule a 30-minute meeting with the team next Tuesday at 2 PM”
  • “What’s in my onboarding PowerPoint?”

Connecting your Microsoft account

1

Open the Microsoft 365 tab

Click your avatar in the top-right, choose Your Profile, then the Microsoft 365 tab. Inside a Digital Twin, the tab appears only when its administrator has turned Microsoft on for members.
2

Tick the services you want

SharePoint, Excel, Word and PowerPoint also tick OneDrive.
3

Click Authorize Services

Microsoft’s sign-in and consent screen opens. Review the permissions and allow them.
Once connected, the services can’t be ticked or unticked. To change them, click Revoke Access, then authorize again with your new selection. If the connection has expired, click Re-authorize Services.
Your Digital Twin can use the services as soon as you are connected.

Your account or your Digital Twin’s account

  • Your own Microsoft account — your Digital Twin uses your connection to reach your data. Other people, administrators included, can’t see your Microsoft data through Pria.
  • Your Digital Twin’s own Microsoft account — an administrator may have connected one Microsoft account for the whole twin. Then the tab lists the services the twin provides, and you can’t connect or disconnect them there; the administrator manages that connection.
When the twin’s account is connected and turned on for members, Pria uses it before your own.

Disconnecting

  1. Open Your Profile › Microsoft 365 (Studio UI: Settings › Google Services, the Microsoft 365 card).
  2. Click Revoke Access (Studio UI: Disconnect).
This removes Pria’s access to all your Microsoft services at once. You can also remove Pria from the apps listed in your Microsoft account’s permissions.
After you disconnect, your Digital Twin can’t use Microsoft services until you connect again. Files you already copied from OneDrive or SharePoint into your IP Vault stay there.

Privacy and data handling

  • Pria reaches your Microsoft data only when a conversation needs it.
  • Your Microsoft connection is stored securely and is never shared with other users.
  • Nothing is kept from Microsoft services except what you copy into your vault: such files are ordinary vault files and follow its Keep if unused period.

Troubleshooting

  • Make sure pop-ups are not blocked in your browser.
  • Open Pria in its own browser tab (not inside Canvas or another site) and connect from there.
  • Your Digital Twin may accept only accounts from your organization’s Microsoft 365: sign in with your work or school account.
  • Your organization may need to approve Pria before you can allow its permissions — ask your IT administrator.
  • Check that the service is listed as connected.
  • The connection may have expired — reconnect.
  • You may have declined one of the service’s permissions on Microsoft’s consent screen — connect again and allow them all.
  • Your administrator may not have turned Microsoft on for your Digital Twin.
When your Digital Twin uses its own Microsoft account, that account is used. Ask your administrator if you need to use your personal Microsoft account instead.
