If you administer a Digital Twin, you can invite people to join it directly from Instance Settings — no admin console required. The Invite tab gives you a shareable join link with a QR code, plus a branded login page for people who already have access.
The Invite tab is only available to instance admins — you need the institutions.edit entitlement on the Twin. Regular members won’t see it. If you need access, see Entitlements or contact your account admin.

Where to find it

Open Instance Settings for the Digital Twin and select the Invite tab (the person-plus icon).

Invite Link

For new users. Anyone who opens it can sign up and is automatically enrolled in your Twin. Comes with a scannable QR code.

Login Page

For existing members. A branded sign-in page for this Twin — no auto-join, just a direct, branded way back in.
The invite link carries an encoded join token so the person who opens it is added to your Twin after they sign up or sign in. The tab also renders a QR code for the same link — handy for slides, posters, handouts, or onboarding in person. Use the Copy button to copy the link to your clipboard.
The invite link doesn’t expire and can be reused without limit. The same link works for everyone you share it with.

Branded login page

The login link points people to a sign-in page styled with your Twin’s branding. It does not auto-enroll anyone — share it with people who are already members so they land in the right place with the right look.

Controlling who can join

Whether your invite link works — and how new joiners are treated — depends on instance settings an admin configures:
SettingEffect
Allow JoiningDisabled blocks all invite joins · Account lets only people in your account join · Public lets anyone with the link join
Joining Admin OnlyNew joiners arrive with the admin role instead of the standard user role
Guest UISimplifies the interface new members see after joining
Prevent SwitchingKeeps joined users focused on this Twin rather than switching to others
If Allow Joining is set to Disabled, your invite link will not enroll anyone — even though it still generates. Check this setting first if invitees report they can’t join.
