Transfer to Instances
Account Managers can move credits by hand in every mode (see Credit Transfers). The mode adds:Account Contact/Notification Emails
Use the list manager to add or remove addresses. Each person listed who has a Pria account becomes an admin, with full entitlements, of every new Digital Twin created under the account. The list does not make anyone an Account Manager (see Managers), and it receives no emails.Domains
When someone creates a Digital Twin from a web address in this list, it is attached to the account. The host must match exactly, so list every address you launch from (canvas.university.edu, not university.edu). See How Domain Matching Works.
Privacy Policy Consent Form
Enter a privacy/consent notice in Markdown (inline HTML is allowed). It is shown to every member of the account’s Digital Twins the first time they open a chat — they must accept it before continuing, and the date of acceptance is recorded on their membership. Leave it blank to skip the consent prompt entirely. This is useful for organizations that require compliance acknowledgment (e.g., FERPA, GDPR). Saving or editing the policy re-prompts everyone in the account: anyone who already accepted an earlier version is asked to accept again. Acceptance is per account, not per Digital Twin — a member who accepts once is covered for every Digital Twin under this account.Knowledge Graph (KAG Fusion)
The KAG Fusion section on the General tab controls knowledge-graph retrieval for every Digital Twin linked to the account. Account Managers see these switches; the Praxis AI team changes them. Two switches decide it between them:- If Enable KAG for all instances is on, every Digital Twin in the account uses the knowledge graph and cannot opt out.
- If it is off but Allow instance-level KAG toggles is on, each Digital Twin decides for itself, in its own settings.
- If both are off, no Digital Twin in the account can use it.
Building the knowledge graph runs an extra extraction pass over every uploaded file, so enabling KAG account-wide increases file-processing credit consumption across all its Digital Twins. See Knowledge & RAG Configuration for what KAG does and how the per-twin setting works.
Shared Integrations
The Shared Integrations tab configures credentials that are shared across all Digital Twins in the account. This avoids duplicating integration setup on each individual twin.- Canvas

Canvas LMS Integration
Configure credentials for Instructure Canvas integration across all the Digital Twins in the account.Canvas credentials set here apply to every Digital Twin in the account and take precedence over a Digital Twin’s own. Authenticate with Canvas on SDK login applies when it is on at either level.
Instances
The Instances tab lists the Digital Twins attached to the account — assigned at creation by their web address, attached by their admins from the Digital Twin’s Configuration, or attached by the Praxis AI team.The Instances table
Credit Usage Indicators
The credit usage bar uses color coding to quickly identify Digital Twins that need attention:Exporting the list
Click the CSV button to download the rows loaded so far (scroll to load more) with names, contact emails, credit balances, authorized URLs and creation dates.Credit Transfers
Credit transfers move credits between the account pool and individual Digital Twins. The Credit Transfers tab provides a full audit trail of all transfers.Transferring Credits
To transfer credits, navigate to the Instances tab and click the transfer button next to the target Digital Twin.1
Select a Digital Twin
On the Instances tab, locate the Digital Twin you want to transfer credits to or from. Click the transfer icon (stack icon) next to it.

Enter Amount
In the transfer dialog, enter the number of credits to transfer. The dialog shows the current credit balance for both the account and the Digital Twin.

Choose Direction
By default, credits transfer from the account to the Digital Twin. Click the reverse button (in the Studio UI, the Direction list) to send credits from the Digital Twin back to the account.

Confirm Transfer
Select Transfer (Review in the Studio UI), check the source, destination and amount in Confirm Transfer, then select Transfer Credits.

The Credit Transfers tab displays a log of all credit movements for the account.Transfer Modes
Exporting Transfer Data
Click the CSV button to download the transfers loaded so far (scroll to load more), including the Digital Twin involved, user information, credit amounts, and timestamps.Managers

Account Manager Capabilities
Account Managers can:- Edit account domains, contact emails, privacy policy, and transfer mode
- Configure shared Canvas and AWS integration credentials
- View the Digital Twins associated with the account
- Transfer credits between the account pool and its Digital Twins
- View credit transfer history
- Export the Digital Twin list and transfer data as CSV
