One thing, three names. In these docs we call your assistant a Digital Twin. You will also see it called an Instance — on the Instance Settings panel, in the admin Instances list, and in your web address (your-instance.praxislxp.com) — and an Institution, which is what our software calls it behind the scenes (in API fields such as institution). All three mean exactly the same thing: one assistant, with its own knowledge, voice, members and settings. Which name you see depends on the screen you are on, not on what the thing is. An Account is different — it is the organisation that owns one or more Digital Twins.
Accounts are the top-level organizational unit in Pria. Each account groups several Digital Twins under a single dashboard, enabling central credit management, assignment of new Digital Twins by web address, and shared integration credentials.
Account management is available to Account Managers — administrators assigned to oversee one or more accounts. To request Account Manager access, contact humans@praxis-ai.com.

Accounts List

The Accounts list provides an at-a-glance view of all accounts you manage. Each row displays the account’s key metrics and configuration.

List Columns

Use the Columns button to show or hide columns — a few (such as Credit Transfers and Domains) are hidden by default; the classic list remembers your selection.

Finding an account

  • Account search box — matches account names and contact emails.
  • All · Active · Inactive — filters by the account’s status.
  • Has Activity — keeps only accounts that have been used at least once (in the Studio UI: the All · Has activity pills).
  • In the classic list, column filters narrow it further (name, status, manager email, domain, figures, dates).
  • In the Studio UI, CSV downloads the list.
Select the pencil on a row (in the Studio UI, the row itself) to open the account’s settings, its Digital Twins and its credit transfers.
Account creation and deletion are managed by the Praxis AI team. Contact humans@praxis-ai.com to request a new account or remove an existing one.

Account Manager Role

Account Managers have scoped administrative access to the accounts they are assigned to. This role is separate from the standard entitlement system and provides account-level management capabilities.

What Account Managers Can Do

Manage Domains

Add or remove the web addresses from which new Digital Twins are assigned to the account.

Transfer Credits

Move credits between the account pool and its Digital Twins.

Configure Integrations

Set up shared Canvas and AWS credentials for every Digital Twin in the account.

Set Transfer Policy

Choose whether Pria tops up Digital Twins automatically, and whether their admins may pull credits themselves.

What Requires Praxis AI Team Assistance

The following operations require assistance from the Praxis AI team:
  • Creating or deleting accounts
  • Changing account name or status
  • Adjusting the account credit balance
  • Assigning or removing Account Managers
  • Changing the KAG Fusion settings or the account’s credit caps

How Domain Matching Works

Domains assign new Digital Twins to the account: when someone creates a Digital Twin from a web address in the list (a Canvas launch, say), it is attached to the account. The host must match exactly — canvas.university.edu is not covered by university.edu — so list every address you launch from. A Digital Twin that already exists is attached by its admins from its own Configuration (the Account picker) or by the Praxis AI team; detaching one is done by the Praxis AI team. On the Instances tab, a Digital Twin’s authorized URLs that contain one of the domains appear in green, the others in red — a quick check that the list covers your launch addresses.

Credit Flow

Credits move from the account to its Digital Twins. Account Managers can always transfer by hand, in either direction; the transfer mode decides what happens on top of that:
